What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum is 1 month for most products. For events and short-term needs, we also offer weekly and even daily rentals.
Is there a security deposit?
No security deposit for most plans. For enterprise contracts above 50 units, a nominal refundable deposit may apply — fully returned when equipment is returned in good condition.
What if a laptop breaks down during the rental?
We replace it within 24 hours at no extra cost. All equipment is fully insured and covered under our maintenance guarantee.
Do you deliver outside Gurgaon?
Yes! We deliver pan India — Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and more. Contact us to confirm availability in your city.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. All invoices include proper GST breakdowns. We're a GST-registered business and you can claim input tax credit on your rentals.
